Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new condition. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. Once you have gone through our return process and we have received and verified your return, the refund to your original method of payment will be processed within 10 days.

To recap our return policy, you have within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Initiating a return is hassle-free. Simply contact our dedicated customer support team via our contact page to start the return process: https://lefazio.com/pages/contact. The return method will be via mail. We will send you the return label digitally free of charge for you to print as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. This means that the return cost is free.

Please note that there is no restocking fee and that we do not accept exchanges. Also, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
