How does a humidifier help my plants?

What if the product arrives broken/not working?

Please send us a message via our contact page. We will then reply via email and probably request a picture or video of the product not turning on/being broken etc. Also, if the package arrives damaged please let us know with a message and then later we will request a picture or video. After we are able to confirm the damage to the product we will send a replacement.

Only one nozzle turned on, why?

A single press of the power button activates one spray nozzle, delivering targeted humidity. A subsequent press brings the second nozzle to life, doubling the moisture output for broader coverage. Using both nozzles will decrease how long the humidifier can run before it requires a refill.

What size room does it work best in?

This humidifier works very well in most room sizes, especially considering the size of it. However, if you have a very large room, we would recommend using two, with one at each end of the room.

We designed this humidifier to be  easy-to-use, without sacrificing any power. Many of our customers say that it is the most effective humidifier they have ever owned and we are proud of that.

How easy is it to clean?

Simply unscrew the top and then clean the inside to the point you see fit. We recommend refreshing the water at least once a week.

How do I charge this device?

This humidifier comes with a USB charger. It also has a built-in 4000mAh battery to allow for portable use.

Operational guidelines

Always ensure the cotton filter is fully soaked before use (Remove the filter from its case and soak in a bowl of water before first use). It can also help to flip the filter the other way around every few days to ensure that it remains evenly soaked.

Please clean the inside of your humidifier once per week.

If you are experiencing a small amount of mist being emitted or a sputtering/uneven flow of mist, please remove the cotton filter and re-soak it in water. You also need to ensure that the filter touches the top end of the filtration system (Do this by pushing the filter casing on, as far up as possible).

The humidifier has multiple settings. Pressing the on button once will turn only one nozzle on, pressing the on button again will activate the second one.
